This page contains Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) govern your use of the www.codexio.in website and the services (“service”) that are offered by Codexio LLP (“we”, “us”, “our”). These Terms & Conditions make up the entire Agreement and understanding between Codexio LLP and the INDIVIDUAL or ENTITY (“subscriber”, “you” or “your”), regarding your use to our services.

Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully. If subscriber does not accept these Terms & Conditions, subscriber may not use the services.

By submitting the enquiry form or avail any services from Codexio LLP, the subscriber agrees to accept the following Terms & Conditions.

• Codexio LLP may terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if we determine that you breach our Terms & Conditions, including the actions that we believe is harmful to our business, the actions where the use of the service(s) is harmful to any other party.
• This Terms & Conditions are subject to occasional revision. Codexio LLP, reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time, with or without notice and will be effective immediately for all subscribers or visitor and others who wish to access our service(s) by prominently posting notice on our website or posting of the modified Agreement on our website.
• Please note that at all times you are responsible to read these Terms & Conditions time to time to ensure that your use of the service(s) remains in compliance with this Agreement.
• Continued use of our website or service(s), following notice of such changes shall indicate your acknowledgement of such changes and Agreement to be bound by the terms and conditions of such changes.

Fees and Payments

• All prices are quoted in INR (₹) are exclusive of GST.
• We accept CASH, CHEQUE, NEFT, IMPS, NET BANKING and UPI payments at this time.
• Our executives will share invoices, project or service(s) status, time logs detailing project hours and work done by each resources via email and other mode of communication (if applicable) .
• Please note that at all times you are responsible for updating your information such as mail address, contact details with us for ease of communication.
• Codexio LLP will give 07(Seven) days of timeframe to clear the due amount of your service(s) from the date of final delivery.
• Late fees : All outstanding

Plan change / Cancellation / Termination

• Any changes, modifications with the service(s) requirement after any upfront payments or after final delivery are subject to price movement and subscriber must notify us prior of any delays.
• Incorrect or Incomplete details of contacts, payments and project or service(s) details are subject to cancelation of the service(s).
• Cancelation of a project or service(s) by the subscriber via telephone treat as a cancelation request, but final cancelation will not be completed without a written confirmation from subscriber followed by an email or mail.
• Codexio LLP may terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if we determine that your actions that we believe is harmful to our business, the actions where the use of the service(s) is harmful to any other party.
• Service(s) account will be suspended if subscriber fails to clear the due amount of renewal within 48 hours of due date. More than 25 days of account suspension will leads to permanent termination of service(s) account.
• Codexio LLP reserves all the right to refuse service(s) to any subscriber.

Refund Policy

• Codexio LLP shall refund only 80% of the payment that subscriber made as any upfront payments (where applicable) or full invoice amount, if project isn’t commence.
• If subscriber cancels the project or service(s) after commencement, we’ll charge 50% of invoice amount or maximum 50% of advance payment’s amount will be refunded, whichever is applicable.
• No refund is entitled if 50% of project work has been done or project has been completed and uploaded to server, whichever is applicable
• No refund or cancellation is entitled for domain purchases.
• Refund will be initiated (where applicable) after we received confirmation from you followed by an email or mail.
• Please note that at all times you are responsible for updating your information such as mail address, contact details with us for ease of communication. Incorrect details of payment, contact details, project or service(s) details are subject to cancelation of refund.
• Maximum one refund (where applicable) will be initiated against on a single invoice.
• Refund will take maximum 60 business days.

No Use by Minors

Our service(s) are not intended for use by the persons under the legal age of 18 years (“child” or “children”) and at Codexio LLP, we do not accept payments or agreements from persons under the legal age of 18 years. By submitting your service(s) request, you confirm that you are over 18 years of age or your parent or legal guardian has agreed to accept this agreement on your behalf.

If we become aware that we have collected personal data from children without verification of parental consent, we take steps to remove that information from our servers.

Force Majeure

In no event Codexio LLP shall be responsible or liable for any failure or delay in the performance or service(s) of its obligations hereunder arising out of or caused by, directly or indirectly, forces beyond its control, including, without limitation,COVID-19, strikes, work stoppages, accidents, acts of war or terrorism, civil or military disturbances, nuclear or natural catastrophes or acts of God, and interruptions, loss or malfunctions of utilities, communications or computer (software and hardware) services.

It should be understood by the subscriber that we shall use our reasonable efforts which are consistent with accepted practices to resume our service(s) as soon as possible under these circumstances.

Unenforceable Provision

If any portion of these Terms & Conditions is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, such part will be inactive to the extent of such invalid or unenforceable part only, the remaining provision of Terms & Conditions will remain in full force and effect.

Agreement to be bound

By applying for Codexio LLP service(s) through Codexio LLP online signup process or otherwise, or by using the service(s) provided by Codexio LLP under this Agreement, subscriber acknowledges that subscriber has read and agrees to be bound by all terms and conditions of this Agreement and documents incorporated by reference.
